17199. Pre-Employment Drug Testing.This paper provides a review, analysis and interpretation of recent academic literature on pre-employment drug testing. The review of scholarly literature on pre-employment drug testing is grouped into the two main categories of process research (that which examines employer approaches, procedural issues, legal issues and ethical issues) and outcome research (that which considers the impacts, effects, and effectiveness of pre-employment drug testing).
