Following an overview of how the print media in general portrays (or ignores) women in politics, the investigation looks at how political magazines (particularly conservative magazines) depict women in politics, including specific examples of the treatment of such well known political figures as Janet Reno, Anita Hill, and Hillary Rodham-Clinton. 10 pages, 29 footnotes, 19 bibliographic sources.
