10328. Employee Attitudes Towards Unions.This paper provides an overview of contemporary employee attitudes towards unions. It examines models of union commitment and the factors involved in employee union commitment, with attention to the relationship between membership decline and union commitment. The paper then explores possible factors involved in changing union composition, addressing the impact of quality of work life programs, considering the observed negative relationship between union membership and job satisfaction, and the influence of employer anti-union campaigns.
