This paper assesses the impact of restorative justice principles on contemporary juvenile justice policy and practice in Great Britain. The analysis explains the concept of restorative justice and its evolution in England and Wales. Practical examples of the implementation of restorative justice in the juvenile system are discussed, as are problems in the implementation of the model.
